14 NIGHTS – PAY 10
If the last day of your stay is before 10 June 2023 then you pay for just 10 days of a two-week stay in one of our accommodations (except type B (new) and C chalets and safari tent lodge).
14 NIGHTS – PAY 12
If the last day of your stay is before 15 July 2023 then you pay for just 12 days of a two-week stay in one of our accommodations (except type B and C chalets and safari tent).
BN/INF MEMBERS
With an BN/INF 2023 membership card you will receive a 20% discount on a pitch (excl. tourist and environmental taxes) staying in your own tent, camper or caravan before 2 July or after 1 September 2023. Discounts are deducted during your stay upon showing a valid card and cannot be claimed in combination with other offers.
CAMPING KEYCARD HOLDERS
With a Camping Keycard or ADAC Campcard you pay only €24,00 per night (excl. tourist and environmental taxes) for two people staying in your own tent, camper or caravan before 2 July or after 1 September 2023. Discounts are deducted during your stay upon showing a valid card and cannot be claimed in combination with other offers.

-GENERAL CONDITIONS-
- +CONDITIONS FOR RESERVING AND CANCELLING PITCHES
All tariffs are excluding tourist tax. When you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. For each reservation there is a reservation fee of € 10,-. The deposit is due within 14 days (40% plus the reservation fee). Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We will then send you a deposit confirmation by e-mail or post. You will pay the outstanding amount at La Gagère.
If you reserve a specific pitch on our campsite, the amount due needs to be paid in advance, at least 4 weeks before the date of arrival. Reservations for a particular pitch cannot be honoured for stays of less than a week.
If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date we will hold your place for one day. If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without restitution. Requests for a particular pitch cannot be honoured for stays of less than a week.
If you cancel the reservation 28 days or more prior to arrival, we return your deposit, minus € 50,- annulation costs. For cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival no restitution is possible.
No restitution is given should you leave the campsite earlier than arranged, for whatever reason.
- +CONDITIONS FOR RESERVING AND CANCELLING RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
All tariffs are excluding tourist tax. On receipt of a deposit comprising 30% of the total cost we will confirm your reservation in writing by e-mail or post. This deposit is required at least 14 days following an initial enquiry. For each reservation there will be a charge of € 20,- reservation costs and € 35,- cleaning costs. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If you make a reservation within 8 weeks prior to arrival, we request full payment with the reservation. When we receive the payment we will confirm your booking in writing by e-mail or post.
If you need to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation charges apply:
- 30% of the rental fee in the case of cancellation up to 56 days prior to arrival;
- 50% of the rental fee between 55 and 29 days prior to arrival;
- 100% of the rental fee 28 days or less prior to arrival.
